Our Position & Processes in Regards to the COVID-19 Virus:
While one may not think that auto service is an issue in dealing with the current COVID-19 situation, Auto Remedy is committed to ensuring the health & safety of our customers, staff & vendors.
Staff has & will continue to clean & disinfect all areas that the public & staff will come in contact with including our entry & exits, reception desk & waiting area, restrooms, and other guest amenities. Frequent handwashing & use of hand sanitizer is also included in our processes.
Service technicians wash hands constantly as well as wear gloves when operating vehicles. Steering wheels, shift selectors, door handles, dashboards, & keys on vehicles are also cleaned.
If one should choose, face-to-face, in person contact CAN be limited and even eliminated by using our AFTER HOURS KEY DROP when dropping off a vehicle - even during business hours. Communications can be made by phone, text or email. Upon completion of services, payments can be processed via credit card over the phone & then keys & receipts can be placed in our AFTER HOURS KEY LOCKERS for your retrieval at your convenience. This is a regular feature & we are pleased to offer it to help with these unique circumstances.
If you are practicing social distancing and need your vehicle serviced we are offering a free pick up and drop off service. Call us to schedule a pick up.
